Grapple in action pics

This Sunday I got 2 hours of seat time in the new tractor. My bud needed to take down some trees to make room for some carports next to his barn so it was a perfect opertunity to try out the brush grapple. I was impressed and so was he. Made short work of moving the trees and making a nice pile. I know this is one attachment that will get a work out as I have a log of trees to fell and move as I have to put in 1/2 mile of fense.

Best of all I didn't put a scratch on the baby yet..... I did have one big limb swing down and hit the grill gaurd, another good purchase

I did get my inclination meter in and that's it on the dash.

Can we see a picture of just the grapple w/o brush? What size and weight is the Grapple?

Here's a pic of the grapple. I can measure it tomorrow night and let you know. I don't have clue on the weight of it though as I didn't get any paperwork with it. It looks like it's wouldn't be too hard to make one like it as it's square tube with one hydralic cylindar on it. I've look for the company on the net but haven't found them yet.

You can remove 3 pins and use the bottom like a fork lift without the clamping top part.

Ok whats the trick to getting the pictures on here to see as picture not a link to one. I cant figure it out.

That's a good question Mike. I wish I could figure out how I got my pics to display like Greg's.

There are times that I wish I could go back to having the viewer just click on the attachment rather than have it automatically display. ???? I was worried about those that have dial up connections instead of high speed internet access. That way the thread wouldn't take forever for them to load. I do know that if you go into the User Control Panel and edit your options you can inhibit the photos from automatically loading (as a viewer). I guess the dial up viewers could do that if the thread takes too long to load. In anycase, my attachments now load automatically, but I have no idea how I did it.

Thats easy
right click on picture, box pops up, go to bottom then click on properties then put mouse over picture address like ww. picture address, high lite that, then copy it the go to message page post your message and at the top of message page there is a small yellow box that has a mountain in it, click on that and another box pops up, paste address in that then continue to message and I preview all my post before I hit submit.
wasn't that easy
doing the link thing is better for the dial up folks

well i found out one thing and thats in options you have to make it standard interface and mine was set to simple. I now can see the yellow mountain but it wants an address for the picture from online source. What about taking it form your computer directly. i tried but no go on the preview.

Nice grapple, Greg! For work like that I use my stone fork and I have gotten some scratches on the hood over the past 2 1/2 years with my blue. But surely your grapple does nicer work!
