YOU, sir, are a man that can identify with! Great photo.... and an idea I'd not even considered but will now.

This was just kind of a lazy thing but I have been thinking of adapting a light weight landscape rake so I can grab it with the grapple to gather up limbs and other debris into piles, than drop the rake and use the grapple to pick up.

Now that's a quick attach. You could also put some logs in the grapple bucket at the same time and carry even more logs.

Boy, we PT owners get spoiled don't we? When we're not even willing to take 60 seconds to change attachments... :D :D :D :D

Seriously, I'd never thought of that either, and it could come in handy. I carry my minihoe to the woods all the time in the grapple bucket, but doing it your way with the LM bucket, I could carry MUCH, MUCH more stuff...

Also, for example, I could use the grapple bucket to fill the LM bucket up with mulch and then carry the LM bucket to dump it out. The LM bucket is difficult to fill completely up, in my mulch piles made of ground up trees. There's just too many larger chunks of wood in there for the LM bucket to go into the pile far enough to completely fill the bucket....

Also, this is a great perspective picture for those "potential PT buyers" who want to know the difference in size between a LM bucket and the HD rock (or grapple) buckets. The HD rock and grapple bucket are the same size. They should also be aware that for the 422/425 (at least) the LM bucket is also 3" wider in addition to being so much deeper... it holds twice as much, if you can fill it...

Again, great idea!

Don't forget about the pucker Bob. I was riding a see-saw in the turns. That load was out front quite a bit.

And sometimes forks just are not long enough. We used this set-up to get my son's box spring and mattress up to that 2nd floor door. sorry I didn't think to get the camera while lifting them up there.
