An innovative snowplow conception?
For the pass 10 years, we have developed a reversible and extendable plow which is unique by its design. The idea of this concept is to have added features in keeping them as lightweight as possible without taking away its robustness and corrosion resistance. Due to our design we have been able to have a product which is almost maintenance free.
Advantages of our extensible plows:
The extensible plow will allow you more flexibility and will also increase your productivity by 30 to 50%
which is considerable; this means that your investment could be beneficial within the first season of
activity. It will also save you money for a license on width.
Corrosion resistance
All of our snowplows,are submitted to the following, sandblasted before applying a powder base primer and an extremely good resistance to corrosion and ware in bad conditions.
New improved patented trigger mechanism
We have developed a trigger mechanism with a unique adjustable tension, very compact design. Keeping the thickness of the extensions to a minimal.
Patented hitch plates with multiple bolting for better angle
We have developed a system which permits you to adjust the angle of the plates in 13 different positions in 5 degree increments. The fact that the plates are bolted greatly simplifies the adjustment.
Blades
All our blades are reversible and bolted (not welded)This will give a maximum of ware. Our blades can be offered in different types of materials: T-1, U.H.M.W. and stainless steel.
Warranty
All of our snowplows are warranted for one (1) year on parts and workmanship and or fabrication defects under normal working conditions.
