Gravely 260 suddenly has no start

I have a dependable Gravely 260 Z XDZ zero turn. Fired up all OK a few days ago with new premium no methanol gas plus starTron. Used it, shut it off, then back on it later, all working ok. Today won't start; it's a dead unit except for the bright red light on the control panel. Nearly-new Batt. is at full charge, but no sound from starter. Acts like the control levers are not set proper and even for starting - but they are. Any ideas?

If the levers are positioned properly is it possible the sensor switches are out of adjustment? It's also possibly a bad sensor wire or a switch failure. Finding the switch physical locations can be a challenge.
