Gravely Commercial 12 - Electrical Connection

I have my father-in-laws Gravely Commercial 12 that I'm trying to get running again. Someone stole the battery a few years ago and also cut the connector cables off. I'm trying to make sure that I've got the new battery cables going to the proper terminals on the solenoid (this is the connection point on the end of the battery cable). The solenoid is round. I have the cable from the top post on the solenoid going to the starter and the cable from the bottom post going to the positive side of the battery (the red wire going to the key switch is also on this post). I've attached a picture of the solenoid and with the questionable connections. The top of the picture is straight up.

I found my own answer on a set of photos of a beautiful Gravely rebuild. There was a photo of the solenoid and it appears that, in the picture on my original post, I have the cables to the starter and the batter reversed.

And glad you got that sorted; I was confused since when I opened your pic, it was in a different orientation than the thumbnail in your post!
