Just an FYI post. Last week, I was happily mowing with the Gravely zero turn minding my own business when the PTO just stopped. The engine was running and all was good except the PTO stopped.
Went to the barn to investigate.
Mower stopped and started good. But, the PTO would not engage.
Took off the control panel and made sure all connections were tight. Still no go with the PTO.
Looked at electrical schematic in parts manual. Made sure the 2 fuses were OK (20v and 25v). Traced the wires. Finally, I see a plastic connection that appeared to be separated. One set of wires coming from the bottom of the unit and the other set from the top. Snapped the connector back together and, sure enough, the PTO comes to life. I guess the connector came apart somehow.
So, maybe this can help someone in the future.
