Gravely ZT HD 60 Pulley Replacement

Hello:

I'm new to the forum. We have a Gravely Model 991084, ZT HD 60.

Working on pulley replacement, Gravely part #59211500.

We've tried liquid wrench and gear puller, and the old pulley seems to be seized on the spindle.

The entire deck had been replaced under warranty due to stress cracks. It appears when the deck was replaced the pulley was bent.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to get this pulley off would be appreciated.

My first thought is to have them fix it if they bent it. If that isn't an option heat the Pulley. Even a torch you get at lowes may be enough.. After it is hot use a Gear puller with a slide hammer if you can borrow one. Or take it to a repair shop and ask them to pull it.
