Gravely ZT HD and Ariens Max Zoom are in fact the same

Several threads have been started recently and a discussion had been started about the Gravely ZT HD and Ariens Max Zoom being the same mower except for paint color. Which was mainly stated by myself because that's what I had discovered researching the two a while back. Most of what I read was not directly from the manufacturer so I was never 100% sure. So I decided to send an email to Ariens this morning and see what I could find out and below is the response I got back. Hopefully it will copy and past into the forum correctly.

Thank you for contacting the Ariens Company.

The only difference is that the Gravely ZT HD 60" has the option of a Kawasaki engine (model number 991084) or Kohler Courage engine (model number 991091). The Ariens Max Zoom 60" has the Kohler Courage engine.

I was wondering what you could tell me the difference was between the Ariens Max Zoom 60 and the Gravely ZT HD 60 mowers? I've read in different places that these two mowers were identical besides the color paint. Can you please confirm if this is true or if one has more heavier duty parts over the other or what exactly the difference is between these two mowers?
