For starters they are either grossly ignorant or worse. The model years they list for many of their Yanmars, including the 2420, are terribly inaccurate. It was made in 82 & 83. They list a 1502D as a 1988, but is actually 81-83. Lots of other glaring errors. IME typically dealers who do this are relying completely on info from a supplier, and that supplier usually has tractors from a particular source country that is not Japan. It also means they do not have their own information, making them it less than likely they routinely service these tractors. Post your inquiry on the Yanmar forum and see what kind of replies you get. I looked at that website and I wouldn't touch the place. If you consider them, I'd ask how they document the model years they are posting, will they sign an invoice guaranteeing the model year, ask them for references (including some a year or more old...everyone is happy at first), ask where they get their parts, ask to see a parts catalog (ours is over 150 pages now for Yanmar parts alone). Ask to see a parts book for any of the models they sell....how can they order parts and support customers without a parts book for that tractor? Ask where they get Iseki parts and then check it out....Iseki parts can be had, but are scarce and have nowhere near the availability of yanmar parts. I have no regard for a supposed "dealer" who sells units they know (or SHOULD know) are very difficult to source parts for. Whether you spend $4,000 or $10,000 you need to know you WILL be supported.
Here's the other thing....most Yanmar models were made in a 2 or 3 year range. A very few were made one year only. For the others even Yanmar will tell you they have no factory records telling what serial numbers were made in what years. So there is no sure way to say a 2420 is an 82 or an 83...only that it was made those years.
