I am looking for the specs on the grease fittings in the loader arms of a KL 130 loader. This is the fitting that is resessed into the pin . Any tech support will be of great use. Looking for thread size and pitch.

can get them thru Lumax Lubrication.

They are a 10mm X 1mm taper thread grease fitting.
Ordered mine thru Amazon. com Part no. LX-3313 included free shipping at the time. $47.00 for a box of 100. They are tighter than the brass fittings that are in there but they actually thread in.

Most of the metric assortments that you buy do not have the taper threads.

TSC has 6mm, 8mm amd 10mm metric grease nipples. About $1 each in 5 unit qty. Bought a set of each yesterday.

Does the 10mil fit property into the threads. All of the people I have spoken too have told me that the taper is what is important ! Did yours fit right ?

The Kioti fittings have a European pipe thread. There are a few previous threads about it here. I get mine from the Kioti dealer because, to me, the few cents more is not an issue.

I have the same problem, Went to dealer, got wrong fittings from them as well. I agree with deputyrpa might be some kind of European thread pattern, have tried metric threads, and did not fit, not sure about the metric taper though. If that is the trick, I would like to find the right size. A little of a pain to keep switching them out to grease the tractor.

Krafty,

Have you tried them and do they fit correctly?

Yes,

The original fittings are brass, they are easily deformed when they are put in, They are a taper thread. The Lumax part number is a steel taper thread. they fit properly but because they are steel may not seat as deep as the brass ones. That is they do not deform as easily as the brass fittings do. I have not been able to find the brass fittings.

I have found lots of 10 mm with a 1 mm taper\pitch . They all have a 11 mm hex . The 10 mm deep socket is the only socket that will fit into the grease fitting ports on the FEL . Still look'in ...
