When greasing my 3320 I've wondered where the zerks are for the power steering cylinder ends - as shown in the manual. So....previously I asked the JD service manager about this and he said that some had greaseless fittings.

Still.....they do show zerks in the operators book and this troubles me when greasing my tractor. How many fittings do others grease on the front end of your 3x20 tractor?

I don't have a 3000 series tractor, but if I remember correctly some of those tractors had sealed power steering ends. I wouldn't worry about it, I personally think that the sealed ones last longer than the greasable type when it comes to the steering ends.

I only have the tie rod ends, and one on the 3-pt, I believe it's the right rear side.

My 3320 was built April, 2010. There are no grease fittings on the tie rod ends or on the power steering cylinder ends. Even though the manual indicates there are. If you check JDParts online you'll see there are serial number breaks for the Hydro units...(although they don't indicate the actual serial numbers) which now show zerk-less ends.

I too was at a loss why JD couldn't print a book that matched what we have ,not a basic we can't ask for too much since the tractors are affordable
