Have a 2007 Bush Hog Squealer SQ600 rotary cutter. It has always amazed me the amount of grease it takes for grease to show at hub axle when greasing. Grease every 2 mowings and it takes almost half a tube of grease to push out at axle. Where does the grease go? No leaks I can see, tail wheel not covered in grease. PTO shaft universals and tailwheel fork take maybe 3 pumps. Owned cutter since new and has always baffled me the amount of grease it takes to fill. After full where does it go?

I can't provide the answer but I have noticed that it I seem to put a good amount of grease in the tailwheel zerk fitting before it shows. I should get some sort of prize from Lucas Red & Tacky company at the end of each year.
