Greasing questions

I'm betting money next time you'll see grease oozing out in 2 pumps per zerk.

We have 20 odd grease guns hanging in the shop...from $20 junk,30 year old,expensive brand name and the only problems we ever get is with the type of cartridge..of the 20 theres only 4 or 5 that will use a paper cartridge at all or maybe need to prime halfway through, all work fine with plastic cartridges...

Id say your right on target. Sounds to me like someone didnt grease it or just barely greased it when the dealer put it all together

How do you store your grease? If it's stored on it's side or upside down you get air pockets until the cows come home.

As far as the difficulty it should be hard to pump on a new loader. Especially with Moly

Just read your post, I too , had to put alot of grease in the first time I did it since it was brand new. My MMM was worse, I was so concerned how much I put in. I used a whole tube for FEL, tractor, and MMM. However my fears calmed after I did it the next "serviceing time" All I had to do was put a few pumps in and everything was fine. I suspect you will encounter the same issue as well.
