In all my experience I've only had one CV and BROTHER - it was a real PITA. It was on the front drive shaft of my '69 Ford Bronco. That dam thing would start wobbling and you knew it was time for an overhaul. Finally - I replaced the entire CV joint with one heavy duty U-joint. Not one of Ford's better ideas.
Vehicle driveshaft CV joints are a necessary evil..
