What grease should we be using on are NH TC-40

Your owners manual should specify or recommend what grease to use.
Other than that, any good quality automotive grease can be used such as you would get a Napa or other auto parts store. Does your dealer sell grease? They would know for sure. Main thing is to keep it greased on the daily/weekly schedule recommended but don't over grease either.
