Not sure the protocol on this type of post but I wanted everyone to know the great customer service I recieved from Harry at BXpanded. I couple of weeks ago, I ordered the BH Dolly, Quick-On Grab Hooks and the seat pouch. All three are great products.
Today in the mail, I received a small package from BXpanded that I wasn't expecting. Inside the package was a personal note from Harry and 8 end caps for the BH Dolly. He has added the end caps to the tube openings on the dolly after I made my purchase. Great customer service to send the end caps to previous purchasers on his dime.!!
