I recently took my tractor in for a shifting issue when pulling back on shuttle handle to engage reverse it felt like there were two engagement points. Well long story short they ended up splitting tractor into and pulled out gear assembly to inspect. I looked at it myself and did not see any issue with gear or shift fork no apparent damage but dealer said he was going to put in new everything since it was split. Took about four days to get parts in I got the call tractor was ready to pickup. Sure enough fixed the issue with shifting so loaded tractor up came home, no charge on work on tractor over a grand worth of parts.

So when I got home decided while I had some time I would change oil I pulled on the latch to raise hood and it floated up like it did new. Dealer had replaced the gas tube as well since the one that was in stopped working. I was impressed that he just fixed it and didn't say a thing but that is just his style.

I deal with them some. Great outfit. If I ever need another tractor I'm definitely going to them first. They are the best in the area.

The gas cylinder to raise my hood went out last winter. The dealer mailed a new one because I live 50 miles from the dealer.

Sounds like Indiana has good LS dealer support then. My dealer, Tri-County Tractor in Russiaville, Indiana is outstanding as well. Good to know the LS brand is being backed by such a good dealer network in the Hoosier state!

Yes it makes a person feel good about the choice one has made for a change. So many out there just say whatever they think you need to hear. I know now because as the saying goes "proof is in the pudding" they stood behind the product as well as our factory rep from LS USA. I did not mean to short change them but I did not give them their due credit. Richard talked like it was no issue whatever parts need put them on. So it is good to know the factory is willing to put skin in the game as well.

I just contacted my LS Dealer, Magees in Poplar Bluff, MO. and asked about filters for my new XR4046HC, He called back and the factory is shipping them directly to me as no one has them on the shelves yet. When I asked about price, he had no idea but will get me the filters and worry about that later. I thought that was great.l
