Due to the past few post about issues with Millonzi. I felt it important to share my experience about my grapple purchase. I played phone tag with John Kennedy for almost one year and eventually gave up. I then talked with Jackie and she was very helpful. I decided to look at other grapple designs extensively before ordering. I called last week and got Johnny Millonzi himself. I explained the whole thing to him and he asked if he could look into it an call me back latter. Two hour latter he called back and apologized for the run around with JK. Then he told me he'd sell me the ld 48 I wanted at last years price with the JD mount for no additional charge and to top it all off I'd have it in a week. Well it shipped right on time and is sitting at the depot for pickup. Johnny was awesome to deal with and I'm sure I'll enjoy the grapple.
I know that customer service is dead but he went out of his way to make it right and I think that speaks volumes to his character and his company. One more thing how do you resize pics so there able to be view and meet the size limit of TBN. I have so many pics to share but can't stand the hassle of resizing. Any pointers?

Google puts out a freebie called picassa that works on vista. Super easy. Here is a link:

I just had the EXACT same thing happen to me. Johnny Millonzi picked up the slack and sold it to me at last years price. This was last Friday and they shipped my grapple yesterday. Great guy to talk to.

I got my grapple today, I did have a little grinding to do. The right side pins was about an 1/8" to the right. Other than that no issues. I used the grapple like a screen in a pile of dirt ladden with rocks. I worked great I can see this is going to be the attachment on my loader most of the time. I will get pics up by this weekend so you guys can admire. I know I love this site for the intelligent discussion and the Pics!!

I am the guy that posted the negitive stuff about my experience with Millonzi. Johnny Millonzi was good to work with. I know from my experience that John would try his best to make things happen. Going out of his way to make things right is great. Getting the "run around" for a year and having to grind away at the grapple to make it fit, is well...Not so great.
I stand behind what I said about the company both the good and the bad. I am delighted that your grapple is working for you. Have fun.

The run around I got was caused by a disgruntle employee. So I can excuse it. As far as the grinding while it didn't make me happy to have to grind the paint off I understand that sometimes the little things get over looked. I think that they should have there measurements right by now and will chat with Millonzi about it. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I think the Millonzi grapples are a bargain and a half. If I had bought say a long grapple and paided double the money for it and had fittment issues I would agree with you. However it's to be expected that little pecidilos will pop up now and again.

Island, I will be sure to get pics asap. I'm having a heck of a time posting pics. I've read every post you've written about this grapple and I must say your right on the money. So to anyone else who's looking for good info on a grapple purchase search the thread. If Island commented you can take it to the bank.

Gee thanks Matt. Would you please send a note to my wife regarding my general usefulness and reliability. It might counterbalance some other impressions she has.;)

Island, if you send me your wife's contact info I'll gladly inform her of your grapple wisdom and ability to sort the brand loyalty from the real world.
