Hi gang, just wanted to let everyone know how well I have been treated by my JD dealer in Mason Michigan.
I have bought 3 new JD tractors from them and in every case I have found the service and sales to be great. They have always come to my home to make repairs when possible and picked up and delivered free of charge when they had to take the tractor in.
Last Friday they sent a tech to my home to check out a problem I had with the hydraulic fluid level and a leak I had at the front of the engine. Once the tech checked out the leak at the front he knew the job would have to be done in the shop. The hydraulic concern was due to my poor eye sight and adding oil when I didn't have to. Dang ole eyes...
Anyway Terry (service manager) called me on Saturday to tell me that the oil pan was leaking and the engine would have to be pulled to do the repair. He expected it to be back to me no later than Tuesday (today). Bill (my salesman) offered to bring out a loaner on Monday but I declined and said I would take him up on it later in the week if something unforeseen came up with my tractor. Today I stopped in at noon and the service manager was just getting ready to call me to tell me the tractor would be home waiting for me when I got out of work. Guys...not only did they send a tech to my home, pick up the tractor free, repaired the unit on time, and are returning the unit to me free. ....The also washed and waxed it and remember.....they offered a loaner.
Just wish they could all be this good....kudos to the JD dealer in Mason Michigan.....
