Kubota
Hi all, I've been browsing Tractorbynet on and off for a while and decided to join with a group of people with which I identify. I'm a new member here but I'm not new to tractors. I presently have a John Deere 310SE backhoe along with a few Kubota "kids" and the necessary implements to keep the "kids" happy. I grew up on a farm where I started on tractors and have owned over 30 of various brands over the years. My wife thinks I'm nuts and probably some of my friends do too. I tell her that it's better to have them and not need them than to need them and not have them. I have been interested in the various discussions that members here have had and feel like I have enough experience to give my 2 cents worth from time to time. I also have learned from various discussions and am looking forward to more learning experiences. I'm not great at computers though, and will have a learning curve about posting pictures, etc. At any rate, greetings from the State of Montana.

Welcome from Missouri. We have a friend near Whitefish. Beautiful country. Glacier National Park is a wonder of the world.

Thanks for the welcome. We're close to Whitefish, Kalispell, and Columbia Falls and love it here. I found my Kubota L3940 in Missouri and had it shipped several weeks ago. I'm waiting for warmer weather to try it out. The forecast for the next few days is blizzard conditions in some places. East of the Continental Divide has the possibility of 30 to 40 degrees below zero. BRRRR

Thanks. The L5240 is a great tractor by the way. (I'm sure you know it)

Groundcover, I actually knew the guy that started Big Bud. I went to college with him and know where the building was where they built them.

You may find this silly, but when we visited Glacier, a must see was the Continental Divide sign. I’ve always found the Lewis & Clarke Expedition amazing and they began right here near St. Louis.
