Hello all, as u can guess I al submitting my app to be a member. I live in a small town just outside of Oklahoma City, Ok. I have 1 & 1/2 acre plot and I live outside city limits in a nice neighborhood. I am retired but stay more busy now than when I was working. Love fishing, motorcycle riding, antique hunting, love to look for artifacts using a metal detector and many other things. I am a do it yourselfer , wood working , etc.
Now I am what you call a shade tree mower mechanic (newbie) out of necessity. Been in law enforcement all my life, even with the feds flying federal prisoners all over the country, lots of famous ones as well. But as always time takes a toll so my wife and I are now spending our golden years doing whatever comes to mind.
Always a pleasure and I hope that you will accept me into your clan.
Thank you
Rick Morgan (aka Newbie)

To the TBN forum Rick. We are very happy that you decided to join with us here.

One thing I have noticed here in western Alabama is that people from Oklahoma travel a lot. When I am on I22, which runs from Memphis, TN to Birmingham, AL, the people from OK are the 2rd most seen license plate. Second only to people from TN and AL plates are 3rd most.

Rick, I was born in Carter County, north of Ardmore, OK, and lived in Ardmore, Oklahoma City, Healdton, Marlow, and Marietta, OK, before moving to Texas when I was 16. And I, too, retired from law enforcement, almost 25 years with the Dallas Police Department, the last 13 as a Captain. However, I've now been retired from that job for 28 years.:D Glad to have your join us.

Thank you sir, spent 22 with OKC PD, 4 with the US Marshal (J.P.A.T.S) and I am very familiar with your locations. Always a pleasure to meet a fellow officer. Best time that I had with the PD was with the MotorCycle Squad (aka "CHIPS"). Take care brother, be safe.
