I'm currently the caretaker of the family 1951 8N but I'm looking to upgrade to a new 40ish H.P. tractor, min 30 h.p. pto, with 4wd and a FEL this year to help maintain our property. Currently looking at Kubota, Kioti and MF, I'm hoping to find some useful owner input here for our future tractor.

You will get better recommendations if you can give us more details. Like, your location, how many acres, type of terrain, and what you will be using it for, etc.?

I have 38 acres with 27 of it being small open rolling fields which are cut a few times a year. There is a 1/4 miles gravel drive to maintain as well. The tractor needs to be easily transportable with 1/2 truck, 2018 F-150, with 18-20 utility trailer. I also maintain some of my father’s place as well as the backside of the church cemetery.

Where at in West TN?
Closest Massey dealer is in Henderson.
Several Kubota dealers around.
Kalb equipment in Memphis was the Kubota dealer in this area forever and they lost them for reasons I don't have a clue. They picked up Kioti though and there is another Kioti not too far away in Arkansas.
If you want a Deere, Tennessee Tractor owns all the dealerships but they do have a bunch of locations.
