Hey Wayne I need to know if I'm doing something wrong, on #5 question it keeps changing my answer, if I pick #2 on the first line and than #2 on the next line, my first answer goes awaysame way on question #6, please let me know what I'm doing wrong, or if this the way it works. Thanks Robert

You have to rate each item from most to least important, so their can only be 1, second most important, etc.

Please read the question carefully...these are to be RELATIVE rankings. Even if you think two different issues are really important, the survey is designed to make the respondent choose THE MOST important. In other words, you HAVE to decide what gets 1st place, what gets 2nd, etc., even though 10th place may still be very important, you are saying the 9 before it are slightly (or a lot) more important. I think most of the last 3-4 questions are RELATIVE rankings. Thanks to you and all who participate.

And yes, I hope to see a new website within 30-60 days for a brand new entry in this market (but one that will represent a lot of long-time businesses in this market).

I think the intent is great but wonder how useful the data will be. Without knowing anything about the person, where and how the equipment is going to be used, it make it awful difficult to know what a respondent was thinking when filling out the survey.

Would a newbie give the same answers as someone that has owned numerous tractors. How about an experienced mechanic Vs someone that is not mechanically inclined at all. What about somone who's land in not flat Vs somone that has nothing higher than an ant hill.

I think some background info is needed to help interpret the responses.

What's the chance of errors in the response due to some questions placing ranking Horiz while other Questions have the ranking Vert.?

This is very likely my long history as an M.E. and the need to analyse data closely to determine what the data is actually saying.
