So many getting new grapples. I think we should show them what we have done to protect our grill, radiator and battery.

This is on my Kubota M6040. The top folds forward - at the middle - so the hood will open.

I also have a 511 grill on my Kubota L4060, but only after ramming something through the expensive OEM grill.
It came with stainless hardware, and I take it off every winter for 0400h snowplowing.

Should have used heavier expanded metal, it's all bent up these days. Still intact, but bent.

Which is a testament to the importance of having a grill guard.
Good job on yours, but yes use heavy gauge expanded metal next time.

My first 'incident' involved a tree stump that shifted, and would have smashed my head lights for sure, without a grill guard in place.
