there is a learning curve that has to be observed when operating machinery.
guy I know ran his yappy little dog over with the bush hog. I'd say ouch but there really wasn't much left.
we own a skid steer loader, one of the employees was told to move it and he did. right thru the 8 x 8 support beam that holds the roof up at the end of the horse stable.
I've flipped that loader over frontwards when I was learning how to use it, you can drive it with a load in the bucket and raise the bucket. just just wont get very far.
its also funny learning to mow with a bush hog hanging out the back, you make a turn and take something out that you didn't intend too with the mower.
