I know this refers to an M class machine and most here have B's or L's... none the less.........
As I understand it, the M class has as an option, electronic shuttle shift. I'm wondering how the "lag" in this (forward switching to reverse) compares to the "lag" found in GST's.
Having used a GST once (L-35) on our hills and quickly discovering the meaning of pucker factor when I briefly freewheeled backwards when changing gears... I quickly decided that GST is not for me, and it's HST only.
Guess we all know that as of today, HST isn't available on the M series.............sooooooooooo
Can anyone shed any light on any lag differences / similarities with the electronic shuttle shift -vs- GST?
