Kubota B7800
I have to replace all four guage wheels on the RC72-27B for my Kubota B7800 (**** porcupines). I don't need the whole assemblies, only the wheels themselves. A couple of friends have told me that these things cost a small fortune, can anyone give me a ballpark figure on what they should cost? Any options as to where to purchase them cheaply if my dealer gives me a ridiculous quote?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot. I didn't see the wheels that I need listed on his website but I just put an email through to him for a price check. I went to the dealer today and they want $74.95 EACH for the 4 wheels. Yikes!!!

I remember buying a wheel a few years ago for about $8. It didn't have a bushing in it but still it's alot less than your price.

BB, it's truly ridiculous. I'm a big capitalist and have no problem with Kubota and the dealer making some green but I don't know how they can justify that sort of cost for a part. I just wonder if there are some sort of "after market" parts that would fit the Kubota that come from another company.

TractorSmart list the price at $67.87 each. Part # 70722-42110. Not Cheap.
I had a set of the wheels go bad on my mower within 2 year of purchasing mower. Found out that some of the wheels had a severe shimmy when cutting lawn. They where the first wheels to wear out. I the adjusted the wheels that shimmied down until they stopped doing this. This has given me much more life for all the wheels.

This is strange. Unless the cog on your machine has a bushing in it where mine doesn't.

It does have a bushing but that still doesn't justify the additional $60.
