Guy rolls his truck and trailer

~~~~~~My next door neighbor was crowded off the road on I 77 causing his Dodge pick up and the 20 foot goose neck trailer to roll 7 times.
Every thing was totaled including the tractor or what ever equipment he was hauling.
Luckily all he got out of it was a bruised up sprained shoulder.

Crowding is a tough thing to prove. If there is not damage to both vehicles it is tough to prove unless the guy out right admits to it. Typically they look at who was there first and it is told by the damage.

I think the guy ends up collecting from his own insurance and not the guy that did the crowding.

Either way I hope it gets paid for. The preference is for the other guy's insurance to pay assuming he has it. I couldn't tell from the post if the guy who crowded him stayed or kept on driving.

I can't say for sure which.
The neighbor just stated he was ran off the road.
