I think 5 acres is also a stretch but we only have to clip it and put it on the ground, no mulching. I have had operators tell me they could get 10 acres a day doing that and I remain skeptical.

This is as well only my opinion but 5 a day is a lofty goal, and 10 is a stellar goal. To produce that kind of coverage per day you would be using the mulcher practically as a dozer and they don't really like that, its very hard on the loader arms and the mulcher it self. You may be better to just rent a dozer and run it all over or shear it ??
