Has any one built any type of Bale processor?

I still feed round bales, but may change in a few years, here,

But would like to have some type of feeder processer that would help shredder / grind the stocks of the hay up some and hope fully make it more palatable feed , for the cattle..

kinda thinking that some thing like this would work,

It looks like a side-ways manure spreader. Turn the flails up in RPM and slow down the feed it would probably work.

It saves a lot of fuel vs. flailing the bales, and flailing will cause lots of dust and loss of leaves in dry hay...

Something like this would eliminate the need for another tractor/loader to put bales on the feeder.
