Yea why should you call a lot of people only comply with the LAWS they agree with they don't have to comply with the one that they don't like.

And in some states they deserved killing is a legal defence.

You should never have to call to dig a 4" hole.
Nothing should be only 4" deep, and if it is, it's installed incorrectly and not to code.

BTW, that's a true statement you have above, even if you don't realize it. Laws only apply to people who decide to obey them.

Um, let's see. You're driving a Metro and run a red light, as a tractor-trailer rig is going through on the green. I'd say the law applies to you.

Maybe it's more meaningful to say: Laws don't apply to those who get away with violating them.
