Regarding the two piece radiator screen: Facing the tractor the right screen comes straight up out. I think the intent ob Kioti was to have the left one slid over to the right position and lifted up out also. Unfortunately either the radiator screen is thicker than they anticipated or they did not accoujt for the bump in the frame work in front of the radiator. Engineering oversight? or fit/finish issue either way I modified the left screen so that it vill slide to the right for removal/cleaning. Before I mgdified it you had to disconnect the engine intake hose from the air filter canister. This is not a good thing since dirt/debris can entdr the engine by accident just from perfgrming the necessary maintenance. Sure would hate to see un-neccesary warranty issues because of this. Any way, I removed about 3 inches of the front of the flange on the top of the left screen and flattened it to allow it tn slide from the right side to the left. Please see attached picture. Has anyone else had this problem?

YES! on my CK20, by the time you finally got it out, most of the gunk had fallen off down into the battery compartment...my fix was to modify the screen with a grinder along the bottom most frame piece where it wrapped around the side pieces...basically I ground the edge to be like a bevel...seems to work fine now, and only 2 years later!

All of ours on the lot slide right over. Just did 50 hour service on one older CK30 the other day and it slide over too. Haven't heard of this issue yet.

The CK30s that I've seen at my dealers had no problem with the slide over remove function either.
The one on my CK20, a solid screen that comes straight up had to be ground just a bit at the right bottom corner as it would get caught on the frame work requiring that it be pulled forward at the bottom for removal. A small irritant, easily corrected.

I just tried the screens on my CK30HST and they came out fine. It my be a problem unique to your machine.

Mine worked fine too but I couldn't get the operator off the drivers seat without a prybar!! /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Sorry, I'm digging up old posts. brand spankin new tractors are coming with a screen modification required. Earlier is the solution and in this pic, you can see the problem if you look real closely. Removing the air tube is an ordeal since it snakes through the front firewall to the engine.
