Evening Guys.
I have a 455 tractor that I had to swap out the transmission when it crashed on me. :thumbdown:
Now I have found a used replacement unit but this one doesn't have the rear PTO.
I'm ok with that because I just acquired a larger tractor to do my tilling work for the 455.
The issue I have is the transmission with the PTO had a wire harness with a two oblong plugs. The replacement unit has
one solenoid with a square plug. Do I need to replace the harness or did I misplace the square plug that goes to the upper solenoid.. and what does that solenoid do.
Confused and looking.
I reviewed the PTO installation manual.. that didn't help me with the round plug and the square plug issues..
