Yeah, with 2 hammocks pulling on it, I would say you would need at least 12" and 4 feet deep worth of concrete....if not more. I normally use trees for hammocks and the lateral forces are tremendous with one hammock, let alone 2.

This installation is actually 12" diameter and 9" deep of concrete. I just calculated how deep I had to go to use one full bag of quickcrete.

Over the weekend I dug out a section on the tree side of the hammock and put another full bag of concrete into it. I drilled into the existing base and put some galvanized bolts in there to tie the old stuff to the new stuff.

It still moves a little, but it's better. Time will tell if it's good enough.

Think about adding recessed anchor points in the ground opposite from the current pull. Then use ratchet straps to attach to top of pole. This should solve the problem. Using recessed anchor points and ratchet straps means it can easily be removed to free up yard space.
