OK I just had to post this find and I might say that I am not normally impressed with other peoples accomplishments but this guy is amazing! He does everything dealing with accessability, no matter what your limitation is he will figure out and work a solution for you. His name is Hubert and he is with Life Essentials their website is www.life-essentials.net. To give you an idea, he can build something to get on any item of equipment out there. He built a special lift platform for a County Road Superviser that enabled him to get on and off everything from a crawler to a grader to a garden tractor. One lift did it all. He is going to fabricate a lift for me to get on my new tractor that I will be purchasing tomorrow. I just cannot say enough. He even has a scooter that is a Battle Bot with a seat. This thing will go right up a curb, over I beams and shove railroad ties like they were nothing. Best of all its totally indestructable. It does not look pretty but will it ever get you where you want to go. I know Steve Carver is doing some work in this field, but you owe it to yourself (or someone you know) to see what Hubert is doing. This guy is terrific.
