Hanmey products - anyone experienced?

China company importing to USA, Canada, and Austrailia. I was looking at a 1790mm (70-in) RFM for $850 new. It seemed rather lightweight to me but I have not used it. Can anyone else comment?

I need a 3PH platform that carries a herd of fast-clipping goats for mowing.
