It took a half hour but she finally fell asleep. She always gets wound up at night and if I didn't make her go to bed I think she would be up all night playing. Well, as long as there was someone up to play with her that is
Happy new year! We got together with a dozen childhood friends and went to a party at the Elks lodge in Allisonville. Had a great time. The Elks even drove us home in a school busses.
You wouldn't believe the way my year has already started. I've spent the whole day at the emergency room and hospital with my wife. She was up most of the night vomiting and by this morning she was in a sorry state. So off to the emergency room and after a few tests they've determined she'll need to have her gallbladder removed and admitted her. At least it helps explain why she's been vomiting off and on for the past 3 weeks and thankfully it's because she's NOT pregnant. She had a doctors appointment set for tomorrow to get looked at for the nausea, but I guess we can cancel that now.
I just ran home to gather up a few of her things (and check TBN of course ) before I head back to the hospital. They have her surgery scheduled for first thing tomorrow morning. Wish us luck!!
