Happy trail making and another scar.

I read in a post on here that if you could run over it , the cutter would cut it. Well today I put that saying to the test and I was very pleased. I mostly make trails for walking so a lot of earth moving is not needed. I have been pushing the trees and brush up by the roots to clear the trail. The bigger trees that I can't avoid I still pushed up but for the most part I just ran over the trees and cut again when I returned and there was a trail . I have a sq 600 bush hog.
I also busted my radiator. Somthing hit it from behind at the bottom and busted the tit that sits in the rubber mount. I plan on seeing if another end cap is available that will work on my tractor. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. The attachment picture is of the piece that broke off.

Do you have a good radiator shop near you? In my area I would have it repaired. Such a shame on a new tractor, but we do buy our tractors to use them. Good Luck!

Good luck in fixing the radiator.

I had some brush pull out the oil dipstick on my Gravely not long after I got it. Sprayed oil all over the place. Learned to turn the dipstick handle to the inside.

I just wanted to let people know that I was able to repair my radiator for three dollars with VersaChem clear weld epoxy system
I was afraid I would have to replace the end cap or even the whole thing. I used my tractor a couple of hours today with no leaks.
