Hello,
I have a odd problem with my 2011 Bobcat S130 with a K diesel. When it is cold it starts after a few revolutions, but when up to temp and shut off it takes at least 10 to 12 revolutions to start. When it is running it runs just fine and with no smoke. My first thought was the usual fuel filter, check valve, air filter, but nothing helped. I have and 2003 S130 which runs perfect so I switched the fuel shutoff solenoid between the two. In doing that I noticed that the plastic bushing that the solenoid pushes on springs out in the 2003 and dose'nt on the 2011. I think this runs the pump rack which could cause my problem. Just seeing what someone else thinks on this, and looking for some advice on pump removal if needed. Any help on this would be wonderful.
