Some of the equipment (American lift cranes and draglines) used to have a central point in front of undercarriage that would have 4 or 5 zerks that you could grease with ease without getting down on ground or under equipment. Each zerk had a formed tube that went under machine and attatched at point it was supposed to grease. Pretty neat. Don't know if you could rig something like this on your tractor to make your greasing easier, but thought I would pass it along. Some of your tractors may have this feature.

My MT180D has a zerk for the frt axle pivot that one needs to lie on the ground to access.
It did not take me very long to extend the zerk off to the side along the frame for easy access.
Could be that my wife's comments about 'dirty greasy shirt' prompted that little mod more than the bending and stooping did, however as I get older I appreciate it even more.

Oddly enough on my FEL the factory did not install zerks on all the pins, so that's another mod I did.
Mind you bottom bucket pivot pins tend to get sheared off ocassionally but I figure replacing zerks (cheap) is better than worn pins.
Besides I obtained about 200 or so zerk assortment at a government asset sale for about $5.00 so I have a lifetime supply on hand.

I have used steel brake line many times to make a remote grease fitting, however on the salt trucks that I work on, they dissolve like cotton candy in a thunderstorm. I have recently tried plastic synflex air brake hose instead of steel, and not only is it rustproof, the fact that it is flexible makes it a snap to run to hard to reach grease points

Most large excavators have a block that may have 6 or 8 zerks with tubing running to each fitting. These are run to fittings that are out of reach usually. There are not many fittings on tractors that you can not reach. The time spent on setting it up and maintaining the lines would propably take longer than just leaving them alone.

Few if any that you "can not reach", but maybe some that are inconvenient to reach?

Perhaps taking the time to run a tube to a more accessible place would reduce any tendency to: "I'm tired and don't feel like fooling with that one, I'll get it next time." But, I'm sure none of us have ever done that!
