Rotary Cutter Hardee 672

I am looking to get a medium to heavy duty rotary cutter for clearing land. I found a Hardee 672 in my price range but can not find much info on them. How will they do clearing fields with smaller saplings?

They are made by EVH Manufacturing Company, LLC. Here is some tech info on their mowers. You might look through it and see if you see one that looks similar to the one that you found. I have no personal experience with Hardee equipment, but I think it is pretty well regarded as quality stuff.
