This is still quite simple machine, You have to collect potatoes by hand...

The tractor engine was not producing much noise. What actually engages the ground and the potatoes?

Were you in tractor 4-WD? How much throttle?

What other tractor/implement combination produces generally the same draft force resistance?

This machine is quite easy to drag, it have blades that penetrates in ground, under to potatoes, then blades lift potatoes on conveyor belt, belt have shake mechanism that cleans potatoes.

You don,t need 4 - WD tractor on this machine.

I don,t know how this machine need drag force but it sure not much because that 2 - WD tractor drag it like it is feather..
