Has anyone built a subframe for BH attach?

I am purchasing a 765H bushhog backhoe for my JD 4610. Has anyone built a subframe to fit this combo? If so do you have any pictures? Thanks Mark

I've not built one but I have a spare subframe I'll donate. My JD #7 came outfitted for a x55 so I had to swap out the subframe for the correct piece for my 790.

I wouldn't think making one would be that tough. In fact, since you have a Deere you could probably get the subframe kit for a Deere hoe/your tractor then stick it on the bushog hoe. The subframe kit includes the tractor brackets and all.

You say the subframe came off a x55 what exact model is that and would you be willing to ship it to Missouri.. Thanks Mark

Well, I drug out my backhoe parts book and it shows different subframes for the 650, 750, 755/855/955. Not sure which one I've got though.

If you are serious, check into shipping. I can ship from South Bend (zip 46628). The thing probably weighs close to 80 pounds and does NOT include any of the tractor mounted bracketry. Let me know /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I just bought a backhoe for my Kubota L3010.It will come with a 3ph set-up that I plan on adapting to a subframe yet to be made. I have a few ideas in mind,but until backhoe arrives,ideas are only theoretical.I will get back after my project is completed.

Yes!!!! My backhoe arrived today,very nice unit! I bought a Wallenstein GX900 with 18" bucket,will use tractor hrdraulics.As mentioned earlier I will now fabricate a subframe.Will try to get some pictures. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
