Has anyone installed Cruise Control in a 424?

Guys- Want to put cruise in my new 424- Pedal is very stiff over a few acres of mowing- Is this something I can do on my own or does a dealer need to install- thanks

I installed it in an afternoon. Lots of removing pieces (trim panel around the steering column and the operator station platform) to access the wiring then it's just plugging in the wiring harness and re-assembling the parts removed. Comes with good instructions.
