Have to Part with my 3054XS

Greetings, I have not checked in quite a while. I need some pricing suggestions for my 3054XS. I bought it do some work on a new home I was going to build. Since then things have changed and we have not gotten around to building. Rather than let a good tractor go unused, I have decided to sell it. Hopefully another Kioti will be in my future but for now it is by, by. I have no idea what price I should ask. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I bought this equipment new in 3/04. Below is what I have.
LK3054XS with K1230 Loader, it does not have the 4 post roll cage.
Kioti KB2375 sub frame mounted Backhoe with 16" and 9" buckets.
Bush Hog 650 Box Scraper
Here is what will make you cry, it only has 20 hours on it and has been covered and out of the weather.
I would appreciate any imput and your prayers as I part with my baby.

Sorry to hear that, When I was looking for a new tractor the first one I saw (on the internet )that I could afford was the Kioti 3054 ,I really liked it but the closet dealer was just too far away

Well at least your being practical about it , I seem to get attached to my mechanical helpers ....

But for your price question ,With the hour meter that low you shouldn't lose much at all ,because the new tractors cost more money than what you paid two years ago, And yours is like new so price accordingly... You can always drop your price but you can't raise it once youv'e priced it....

Wish I was in a position to be able to actually pull the trigger on a machine right now - because other than being the actual factory TLB version, that is exactly the machine I've been leaning toward.

Good luck letting her go - I'm sure you'll find a happy buyer very easily (if you haven't already - I realize this thread is a few weeks old already...but I just joined).
