Okaaaay... I take it that everything else, electrical switch wise, is working correctly?

Do the headlights work?

Have you checked the fuses?

Perhaps a relay or an electric 'timer' circuit, it's typically an "R/C" circuit (resistor/capacitor).

You don't say which tractor is having this fault, however I know that on my 4105 the relays are 'common' (the same) and are swappable. You could swap relays from different positions to see if the fault goes away or goes somewhere else.

Your fault has to be something 'common' as both the turn signals (either) or hazards (both) would use the same R/C circuit to (simply put) 'time' the on/off (blink) of the lights.

Schematically, the circuit could be an L/C (coil/capacitor) but I doubt it as as coil is more expensive for something that 'blinks'.

The turn signal lights would be activated from a left/off/right switch, the hazards are activated (probably) from the main lights switch when in one or two positions (hazards/hazards + headlights). When the hazards are deployed (used) I don't believe that the turn signals can be used/activated.
