HCA rototillers?

I'd posted in a Woods-rebranded (Kioti) thread that I'd seen a rototiller at my dealer's. I got more information from the dealer. Says that they're HCA, made in South Korea. I'd known that quality tillers tended to have 6 blades per flange, which is what these have. Here's some pictures (this is the 6' one):

I don't like the looks of that outer bearing interface to shaft looks like tons of crap would get wrapped up in there with the bolt heads and trash the bearing.

I stopped by the dealer's and looked at one (they were closed, so I could look without having anyone hanging over my shoulder). It's not nearly the quality of this one (which I'm thinking is the best value):

That Tarter is interesting. I'm hung up on captured lower link (aka quick hitch) connections, so have to rule this (and the Titan) out.

The Titan and Tarter are both quick hitch compatible. Ken Sweet

This may be a dumb, question, but the tarters are they the ones sold at tractor supply company under the countyline name? I have been looking around at some as well.

They may have at some point in time. They change vendors very often? When Tarter does make equipment for a box store, they build to that company standards and put that name on it. Ken Sweet

I think tillers at Tractor Supply are made by either Tarter or King Kutter.

I've wrapped up my tiller quest for now. Decided to outfit my B7800 rather than the Kioti. B7800 can deal with anything that I need to do for a while.
