Hello;

My heater arrived day before yesterday. Looks nice, well made. Soon I will do a bench test. I hope I can find a good spot to mount it. It's been very cold here. Being the woose I am I've been habging tight to the heat outlets.
Sunday is supposed to be rain and 40 so maybe I'll check out the install. There is not much unused room in this Gator. I'll check again under the seat. My last peek showed things pretty tight.

thanks, nicholaas

Yea, the Gator is tight. I hate to take any foot space for a heater, after having worked so hard moving the passenger seat up and back to gain five inches of distance from the dash, over stock-delivered condition. My latest idea is to put it between the seatbacks, in the center, above the seatbelt receptacles, and then plumb it back into the engine compartment from there.
Plumbing to the front looks nasty. the lower hose looks to be impossible to get to. Plumbing into the engine comaprtment looks like a pc of cake. Lots of room to work, install a valve, etc. and more heat and shorter hoses to boot!
Good luck, let us know what works for ya.
