Heat pump run capacitor

I like to have two spare parts...the capacitor and the contact relay...in my experience, when the AC doesn't come on, either of these can easily be the culprit. Replacement of either only requires care and removing power during service. If replacement of these doesn't get things running again, time for the AC repair man. This happened to me couple of months ago. Compressor shot, pulling so much amps that house circuit breakers were tripped. Had to replace the unit.

At the supply house, there are no US made caps. The "good" ones are made in Mexico !

most of them here offer the chinese cheap or us made better & little more cost... Some of the supply houses stopped offering the made in the usa caps.. said alot of the contractors won't buy them... Wonder why ??
