HEATER CORE HOOKUP FOR BX

Dealer wasnt sure so ill ask you guys.Does the d905-e bx-23 engine have the ports in the block for the screw in type fitting for a heater core hookup? They said some B series did[they sold that fitting]wasnt sure if the bx block had the plugs.Im hooking up a heater in my cab .Would an inline[cut the radiator hose] T work just as well,and where could i get one? I cant be the only one to ever make a heater for a BX.thanks
